I wish you know that i keep staying awake every nights just to have a chat with you , waiting for u to tell me the story of your day.. Eventhough most of the nights end up with regrets , but i keep on waiting.. I just want to hear about your day like “where did you go?” , “what did you do ?” , ” what did you eat ?” , “what kind of people did you meet ?” , i also want to share to about my day like i met some interesting people , one of them is gay, haha.. But you’ve been busy lately , so i didn’t have the chance to say it all.. I’ll be waiting patiently for ur time , ’cause we’re apart a little far now and you have your own activities to do , and you told me to have mine..

Oh , and i want you to know , i’m trying my best to be independent , but it’s kinda hard because i used to hang out with you every chance i have.. i used to be alone playing games , but that was long-long ago before i met you.. now i’m back to that time.. maybe it’s just a perfect time for me to grown up again , or maybe it’s god showing me the way to look at this world by myself so that i can form my own view to the world.. i’m trying my best , dear.. i hope when you got back here , i’ll be more mature already , but still with humour to cheer you around..

The most popular activity around the New Year celebration, other than the party itself, is making resolutions. The second most popular activity shortly after the celebration ends is to forget all about those inconvenient resolutions. The most popular resolutions have to do with improving your health, losing weight, losing fat, building muscle, and generally improving your image. There are several good strength training programs that will do all those things. So how do you make sure you stick with your resolutions, and achieve those goals?

Making frivolous resolutions never works. Carefully think out what you want to change, and put together a written plan of action. Write down your ultimate goal, why this is a worthy goal, how you plan to reach the goal, how long you expect to take to reach that goal, and what you are willing to give up to get there. Be as detailed as you can. Do not skip the paper and just make mental notes. Mental notes are like oral contracts. They are not worth the paper they are printed on. They are quickly forgotten.

In your written plan, be sure to include smaller steps, intermediate goals. As you progress through your plan surpassing these checkpoints, you can reward yourself with a small indulgence for sticking with your program.

Before starting any exercise program, you should check with your doctor or other healthcare professional to make sure you are healthy enough to withstand the physical stress of working out. This is necessary even if you feel healthy. This is especially true if you have any major health concerns or have been a long time couch potato. One of the dangers of any strength training or exercising program is dehydration. Make sure you drink plenty of water.

Don’t try to do this alone. Get a buddy. Tell your friends and loved ones what you are doing, why you are doing it, and what you hope to gain. Working out with a friend introduces peer pressure to stay with your plan. Studies have shown that exercising with someone introduces a competitive edge and improves your performance. Having a friend with you, chatting, and laughing together will keep your mind off the routine and help prevent boredom. An exercise buddy can give you encouragement, offer suggestions, and provide that added kick to keep you working toward your goals.

Choosing an exercise program to fit your personality and lifestyle will make all the difference in the world. Think about what you liked to do as a kid. An activity you enjoyed then would most likely be one that you would enjoy now. Do not do too much too soon. You are no longer that kid. Start slowly, then as your stamina improves build on your routines, and possibly add different routines.

It’s not necessary to spend a lot on exercise equipment, special clothing, or gym memberships. You can get plenty of exercise for free by walking, running, swimming, doing calisthenics, etc. Leave the expenditures until later when you know what you want to do, and know that you will keep at it.

After a couple of weeks your workout schedule will become habit, and you will be less likely to quit. You may find that you feel better, both about the exercising and the knowledge you are doing something good for yourself that you enjoy.

It takes eight weeks or more to start seeing evidence in the mirror. Make a chart to track you weight loss and fat loss, measurements, and activities. The chart will show minor improvements before you can actually see them. Changing your routine every now and then will go a long ways to keep you from getting bored and quitting.

Remember the old adage: Rome wasn’t built in a day.

Power Of The Subconscious Mind – Use Your Mind Power To Get What You Want

This page is for the people who don’t believe in God or the strength of prayer and here I will explain how you can get what you want or help someone using the power of the subconscious mind. It’s actually pretty simple but I’ll give you some background first.

When I was around 8 or 9 I was reading an old magazine and discovered an ad that caught my young imagination. It was an image of a dove flying and a head that was designed to make it look like it was having thoughts. The only question in the ad was “Do thoughts have wings?” and then an address to send off to so you could find out more.

Do thoughts have wings? After i got a bit older I saw this again and it was the Rosicrucians and a course they were offering about using your mind to access the cosmic consciousness or collective unconscious. So I sent off for that course and did about 8 of the lessons before I couldn’t afford it anymore.

Now in case you think this is some ‘New Age’ mumbo jumbo the Rosicrucians are a very old organization and there’s nothing ‘New Age’ about it. They actually teach people how to use their minds to do many things most people think are impossible but it’s just a matter of learning and training. Nor does it have anything to do with magic, the occult, psychics, astrology or anything like that.

The power of the subconscious mind is so great that marketing people and ad writers go right down to the nitty gritty and the subconscious impact of fonts on marketing. A lot of stuff you see in the media are aimed at your subconscious or unconscious mind. Why? Because it works.

There are more studies available that show that you don’t have to pray or even believe in a God for your thoughts to help others.

Naturally there are plenty of people who don’t believe in a God and these studies wanted to take everything out of the equation and just use pure thought. They showed that thinking good thoughts about people and wishing good stuff for them could help them just like Christians believe prayer can help others.

Have you ever had a problem and thought about it for a long time and couldn’t come up with a solution? You put the thoughts out of your mind because thinking about it and not finding a solution is driving you crazy. Then a day or even a week later the solution to the problem pops into your mind almost like magic. Where did that answer come from? Was it magic or a psychic thing or perhaps it was just your astrologically lucky day.

Perhaps it came from the cosmic consciousness. There is some proof that we are all interconnected and part of a whole. Leave it to science to find that out and they have started to figure out that this is truer than they believed. So it’s not the occult or magic or psychics or anything like that at all but much more likely from the power of universal mind.

Attracting a guy with your looks, and continuously keeping him to yourself can never be over said. But the question is; how many women are doing this. This is a secret that matters now than ever in the world of dating, relationship, and eventual marriage.

Women ought to understand that while a lady is turned on by what she hears, and probably touches, a guy is not like that, he is moved by what he sees. That is why he can’t just resist the appearance of a gorgeously looking damsel. He even turns around to give her a second look.

Hey! lady, be warned, what he sees in a lady outside, which is attractive to him, and he doesn’t see in you, will make him run after that lady like a cat running after a rat. And you know what, when he catches her, he shows you the exit door.

There is a saying that first impression counts. Another saying goes thus; you are addressed as the way you are dressed. All these points out to your looks, your image – physical attraction. Don’t be ignorant of the make-up of men, understand them, and you will captivate them with ease. We are in am image congested world with all the razzmatazz of media and so on, and because men are visual beings, it is what they see that forms their thinking pattern, and eventually their actions.

The foundation of a date/courtship, and the eventual continuous success of any relationship has physical attraction as one of it’s anchors. if you are not attracted to someone, and they are not attracted to you, you have just become friends. Yes, other factors counts, but physical attraction plays a major role both at the initial stage of dating, and in the long run.

Look the best for him, you won’t have to worry about other women. Connect with, observe him, find out what he sees, that turns him on, and be it, you will constantly have him in your hands, because he won’t be able to resist you. In other words, take necessary steps to look the best you can just for him. Your clothing, carriage, make up, confidence, aura, and presence are all part of it.

You may be seeking the man of dreams, whom you desire to be with forever. To attract him, you may well have to use the power of looks to speak to him as the perfect mate too. If you are serious about dating successfully, and eventually keeping him to yourself and making him adore you always, you had better take your looks and physical attraction seriously.

By: Olubunmi Bello

Magnetizing the Man of your Dreams is as simple and easy as ABC. It doesn’t matter who you are. It has nothing to do with your age, beauty, or luck. Here are the Secrets that will make you captivate the right guy, and make him stick to you like a glue.

Seeing these epic locations in the flesh is an enthralling prospect. Here are 10 of the best movie locations to visit on holiday.

Guatemala: as seen in Star Wars

George Lucas’ space opera created heroes Luke, Han and Leia around planets in galaxies far away. The movie was majorly shot in California and the amazing setting of the Mayan ruins in Tikal, Guatemala provided the backdrop for the Rebel base in the fourth moon of Yavin seen near the end of A New Hope.

New Zealand: as seen in Lord of the Rings
Director Peter Jackson brought to life the Tolkien’s fantasy of orcs, elves and hobbits. However, with the entire trilogy shot in the country, the scenery of his native New Zealand provided the perfect setting to bring Middle Earth to life.

Iceland: as seen in Die Another Day
James Bond movies provides some of the greatest setting for films as MI6’s favorite secret agent goes jet setting to save the world. Bond is invited to a spectacular Ice Palace where he gets involved in a frantic car chase across a frozen lake in the movie Die Another Day. The chase was filmed in a a fishing village in the south east of the country of Iceland.

Salzberg: as seen in The Sound of Music
Julie Andrews sung herself into movie history as she portrayed a great Austrian nanny in The Sound of Music. Most of the film was shot in the town of Salzburg but the most memorable scene where Andrews twirls into song on the hillside was shot in Mellweg.

Seville: as seen in Lawrence of Arabia
Most of the shooting of the film was actually done in Spain as the story Lawrence of Arabia set mainly around Peter O’ Toole’s time in Cairo. The Arabian desert in Morocco was provided as a backdrop although the most part of David Lean was majorly shot in Spain. The other civic buildings in Seville as well as the buildings in The Plaza de Espana were used to represent the parts of Cairo.

Egypt: as seen in Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen
The sequel of Michael Bay’s Transformers movie was bigger, louder and had more explosions than the original. The characters of Optimus Prime and Co. were expanded and dragged the plot away from the States to Egypt. The Giza Pyramids near Luxor proved a dramatic setting for the movie’s heady climax.

Jordan: as seen in Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade
Harrison Ford was more focused on the third installment of Indiana Jones trilogy searching for the Holy Grail, which saw our hero journey to the Canyon of the Crescent Moon. The real life canyon can be found in Jordan in the Edom Mountains at a place called Al Khazneh or “The Treasury”.
Skiathos: as seen in Mamma Mia!
The decade’s musical hit Mamma Mia was the movie version of the Abba-inspired stage musical of the same name. Filmed on the beautiful Greek Island of Skiathos, a stellar cast including Meryl Streep, Colin Firth, Pierce Brosnan and Stellan Skarsgard brings the feel-good romantic comedy to life.

Tunisia: as seen in Monty Python’s Life of Brian
Tunisia has been used by Hollywood for years to represent a variety of landscapes from the desert wastes of Tatooine in Star Wars to the arid warzone of Iraq in The Hurt Locker. Aside from its spectacular landscape, Tunasia is very cheap, providing an excellent destination for cheap holidays and cheap film sets. The Monty Python team descended on Ribat in 1979 to film one of the most controversial and excruciatingly funny movies of all time.

Thailand: as seen in The Beach
Leonardo DiCaprio as the backpacker Richard travels through Thailand and was beautifully captured by Slumdog Millionaire helmer Danny Boyle. The Beach’s mysterious paradise was filmed on the tiny island of Kho Phi Leh, only a short ferry ride away from Krabi and Phuket. Travellers can trace DiCaprio’s journey with a cheap holiday to Thailand and a boat trip from Phuket Pier with a cost of around £10.

Believe in Yourself: If someone keeps telling themselves that they’re bad at remembering names, they will most likely excel at it and even forget their own! Lack of belief in oneself is the only thing that ever deters us from succeeding at any task. Only if you tell yourself that you can do it, will you be able to be good at remembering names.

Make An Effort: You cannot expect yourself to remember a name if you don’t hear it in the first place! Whenever meeting a new person you should always keep your eyes and ears open, don’t give in to distractions; pay attention when the introductions are made. Business-related meetings are very important and making a good impression on the client is of top priority. You should make the person feel important and show ample respect.

First Hearing: As soon as a person is introduced by name, you must say it to yourself twice or thrice before saying it out loud at least once. You should try to say it exactly as you hear it. If you hear a unique, foreign or heavily accented name, you should not feel shy of asking for a clarification. Remembering names is possible only if you understand them, so familiarize yourself with the spelling and specially the pronunciation. For example, Henry is pronounced as [hen-ree] and also [awn-ree]. Pay special attention to the accent used by the person saying their own name. Always try to repeat the name after them and not just say, “I don’t think I’ll ever be able to say that again!” as it can seem impolite. If you show sincere effort in trying to learn their name the person will surely appreciate it.

Repetition: Repetition is the key to remembering names. You should try to use names in the conversations. Saying the person’s name over and over will help you familiarize yourself with the name. Using the person’s name and making eye contact is a very important part of communication tips as your brain will automatically start associating the name used with the face seen while talking to the person.

A Name with a Face: The human brain has a special region for processing faces, so often you would recognize a person from his face but will end up short on syllables when it comes to their name. Visualize the name, imagine the letters in the name float above the person’s head and imagine them bounce along as you talk to them.

Show me the Meaning: It is easier to visualize names which mean something. For example, names like Summer, White, etc. are easy to visualize. Just imagine Ms. Summers wearing bright summer clothes, or Mr. White wrapped in a white bed-sheet. For names that don’t exactly mean anything, try breaking up the name, for example ‘Hillenberg’ can easily be broken down into and-berg (iceberg).
A Quick Jotting: Writing something down is the simplest way of remembering something for later reference, similarly for remembering names you can simply write down names on business cards or small notebooks.

Remembering names can be face saving in social arenas, help build contacts in the business world, and help you in your business communications. Nobody likes to be called by the wrong name, but with small techniques and a little effort this task becomes second nature.

Most people have somebody they idolize. Some people look up to others who are talented. Others look up to people because they are beautiful. There are also others who idolize other people because of the success they have achieved in life. There is really nothing wrong in idolizing others. However, idolizing wouldn’t do much if you stop at just that. If you admire successful people and you want to be like them, you need to take action. You need to move and do something. Most probably you already know this. It’s just that some people do not know where to start or they lack the drive or the motivation to do it. Do not worry. Here are some tips on how to get motivated that you can follow.

Set your goal. You have to determine what it is that you want to achieve. You can never get motivated to do something if you are not sure what that something is, right?
Feel your success. Put your self in a situation as if you have already achieved your goal. Feel how it feels like. If for example you want to be a successful Hollywood actress, imagine yourself receiving the Oscar. Say your speech. Wave to the crowd. Hold on to that feeling because that will surely drive you to succeed.
Make a plan of action. Write down the things that you need to do. Beside each, write the time you want them done. Just remember to set realistic time frames. For example, if you want to star in a movie, do not set the deadline for next month. That is a very tall order and you will likely fail.
Follow these tips so you can also achieve what your idols have achieved. Remember, you do not need to stop at admiring them. You can be like them.
